Hear from this year's awardees, Larimer County Commissioner Kristin Stephens, and NOCO NOW member, who will be honored for her work in promoting voting rights serving as past Chair of the Fort Collins Election Code Committee adding transparency to the election code and educating citizens on how to participate in local government, and Anne Thompson who will be recognized with the League Legacy honor. This year's keynote speaker is Kelly Evans, Executive Director, Neighbor to Neighbor.
